Thetford v. Town of Cloverdale

By her bill in this cause, appellant sought a decree vacating and annulling a part of a street known as Cottage place, and shown by the original map of the town of Cloverdale. Since the filing of the bill and since the appeal in this cause, the town has been by act of the Legislature incorporated into the city of Montgomery, which has been substituted as party defendant.
