Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (O’Connor, J.), entered May 29, 2007 in Albany County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to *1180CPLR article 78, to annul five determinations of respondent Governor’s Office of Employee Relations partially denying certain out-of-title work grievances.
