Elkin Shell Jack, a minor, by Mrs. Mary Shell Jack, his mother and next friend, instituted an attachment in chancery against the appellant, the Hart-well Handle Company, an Illinois corporation, seeking to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by said minor while he was in the employ of appellant and was engaged about his duties around a planing machine. The return of the sheriff on the writ of attachment shows a levy upon the land occupied by the mill plant of appellant, and also all machinery and property located thereon.
