Affirming.

The appellant, Earl Thomas, was tried and found guilty of the crime of unlawfully taking and detaining a woman against her will with the intent to have carnal knowledge of her himself, -which is denounced in section 1158, Kentucky Statutes. The sentence imposed upon him was two years’ confinement in the penitentiary. There is no contention, that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict of the jury, or that the pleadings are not sufficient to 'support the judgment.
