¶ 1. Aggrieved from the denial of coverage and benefits by their insurance carrier, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), Wayne and Sandy Marisco appeal the grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Allstate by the Pearl River County Circuit Court.
