MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is now before the Court on appeal from an Order issued on June 27, 1994, by Judge Arthur Yotolato of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island. Jurisdiction is conferred on this Court by 28 U.S.C. § 158(a). Appellant, Jason D. Monzack, trustee in bankruptcy (“Trustee”), seeks review of the Bankruptcy Court’s Order granting Frances G.
