MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff filed her complaint in the Commonwealth court on October 2, 2006. Defendant removed the case to this Court on December 8, 2006. (Docket No. 1) Pending before the Court is plaintiffs Memorandum in Support of Demand for Jury Trial filed on November 16, 2007.
