Defendant Leopoldo Zuniga-Chavez pleaded guilty to unlawful reentry after deportation. At sentencing, the district court relied on the government’s proffered evidence of Defendant’s five prior California state criminal convictions — a certified docket sheet, a certified copy of an “abstract judgment,” and court case summaries — to raise Defendant’s offense level and criminal history.
