*831In a child protective proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the father appeals from a fact-finding order of the Family Court, Richmond County (DiDomenico, J.), dated November 21, 2007, which, after a hearing, found that he had neglected the subject child.

Ordered that the fact-finding order is reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, the petition is denied, and the proceeding is dismissed.
