In this action by plaintiffs to recover damages for mental anguish resulting from the alleged negligent conduct of defendant Maimonides Medical Center, also known as Maimonides Hospital, in losing the body of their stillborn infant, plaintiffs move for leave to reargue defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and their cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability.
