CHRISTIAN, Judge.
The offense is murder; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for twenty years.
An application for a change of venue on the alleged existence of prejudice was in due time filed and presented to the trial court. The means of knowledge of the compurgators was controverted, and appellant, as well as the State, introduced evidence. It appears that Collin County has a population of approximately 46,000.
