These appeals are from an order of the court below refusing the plaintiff’s motion to remove a compulsory non-suit. As administratrix of her deceased husband’s estate, the plaintiff sued for damages for his wrongful death and under the survival statutes. The defendants are the driver and the owner of an automobile with which the decedent came in contact, while he was crossing a public street on foot, as a consequence whereof, he was knocked to the street where he was then run over by a following automobile owned and driven by the remaining defendant.
