Statement of the nature and result of suit and findings of fact and conclusions of law of the trial court.-— Defendant in error Taylor instituted this suit in the District Court of Brown County to recover of H. W. Meisner, L. F. Cowan, B. B. White and James M. Young, who were alleged to be copartners under the firm name of J. C. Murphy & Co., and T. B. ICetterson, the land in controversy; alleging also the execution of a deed of trust by Taylor to ICetterson, as trustee, and the foreclosure and sale of the land by the trustee to Meisner, alleging want of consideration…
