Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Rumsey, J.), entered May 23, 2013 in Tompkins County, which, among other things, granted plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment declaring that an insurance policy issued by defendant covers certain losses sustained by plaintiff.

Plaintiff owns a four-building apartment complex, which was covered by an insurance policy issued by defendant.
