¶ 1. On October 3, 2007, Percy Clark was convicted in Hinds County Circuit Court of Count I, burglary of a business, and Count II, possession of burglary tools, and sentenced to seven years on Count I and five years on Count II, all to be served in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
