Marcus D. Martin, aka Karim Azim Razzaq, 1 appeals from convictions for first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, first degree assault, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence or felony, wearing and carrying a handgun, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous or deadly weapon, robbery, and theft. The verdicts were returned after a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
