OPINION

Justice CASTILLE.

This is an appeal from the partial denial of appellant’s petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”), 42 Pa.C.S. § 9541 et seq. The PCRA court vacated *129appellant’s death sentence and ordered a new sentencing hearing, but denied appellant’s other claims for relief. For the reasons set forth below, we find that appellant is not entitled to further relief and, accordingly, affirm the order of the PCRA court.
