Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Feldman, J.), rendered May 25, 2005, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the trial court erred in permitting a conference between the prosecutor and a prosecution witness in the midst of the witness’s testimony is unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Cruz, 23 AD3d 1109 [2005]).
