Defendant Raymond Tyler appeals from his jury conviction for selling stolen firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(j) 1 and possessing firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. Appendix, § 1202(a)(1). 2 He contends that those convictions should be reversed because they were based on a pretrial photo identification procedure so impermissibly suggestive as to taint the key witness’ in-court identification.
