This appeal concerns the trial court’s involuntary dismissal of plaintiff, Sondra Connor’s, claims against four City of Newark police officers for false arrest, false accusation, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution under 42 U.S.C.A § 1983 (“Section 1983”).
