All appeals in the above entitled matters are from orders of the district court dismissing the appeals of the defendants from their judgments of conviction of the crime of assault in the third degree entered against defendants, Leonard Boulton, aged 20 years, Richard Kwiatkoski, aged 18 years, and Edward Swedzinski, aged 19 years, such convictions being in the municipal court of the city of Marshall.
