Defendants-Appellants Querrey & Harrow, Ltd. (“the Querrey firm”); James N. Kosmond (“Kosmond”); Gretchen Cepek (“Cepek”); Sanders Pianowski, LLP (“the Sanders firm”); and Robert A. Sanders, individually (“Sanders”) appeal the trial court’s denial of their respective motions for summary judgment in a suit filed by Plaintiff-Appellee Transcontinental Insurance Company (“CNA”).
