Plaintiff, Vincent Graves (“Graves”), having missed the deadline to appeal the summary judgment entered on April 28, 2005, dismissing this adversary proceeding, seeks an extension of time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 8002(c)(2). Defendant, Rebel Rents, Inc. (“Rebel”) opposes the motion. At the hearing, John T. Blanchard appeared on behalf of Graves, and William J. Wall appeared for Rebel.
