Acting in response to the application for rehearing, we withdraw the prior opinion in this case, 684 F.2d 337 (5th Cir.1982) and substitute the following:
Delta Marine Drilling Co. (Delta) brings an interlocutory appeal from the District Court’s denial of its motion to dismiss 527 F.Supp. 332 on grounds of forum non conveniens.
