I.INTRODUCTION

In this adversary proceeding Cadlerock Joint Venture, II, L.P., Assignee of D.A.N. Joint Venture, A Limited Partnership (hereafter, the “Plaintiff’) seeks to have the entry of the Debtors’ discharges denied. The Plaintiffs seven-count Complaint Objecting to Discharge, Doc. I.D.
