On October 18, 2013, Sean Land was indicted for attempted armed robbery in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-79 (Rev.2014), aggravated assault in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-3-7(2)(a) (Supp.2015), and possession of a firearm by a felon in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-37-5 (Rev.2014).
