Semenza v. Bowman

Plaintiffs Larry Semenza and Faye Fitzgerald commenced this action in the District Court for the Tenth Judicial District for Judith Basin County to recover compensation for crop damage which they allege was caused when their crops were sprayed by defendants Ronald Bowman and Eric Johnson, d/b/a L & R Spraying Service.
