Before this Court is an appeal by Diane M. Steck (Petitioner) from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying unemployment compensation benefits on the grounds that Petitioner voluntarily terminated her employment without establishing cause of a necessitous and compelling nature. See Section 402(b) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law1 (Law), 43 P.S. §802(b). We reverse.
