MEMORANDUM OPINION

Julian J. Bortolin, Trustee of the Western Educational Services, Inc. Pension Plan (the “Western Plan”) and Michael F. Per-rett and John R. Webster, Trustees of the Hathaway, Perrett, Webster, Powers & Chrisman Money Purchase Pension Trust (the “Hathaway Trust”) (together “Claimants”) filed secured claims for their respective entities (the “Claims”).
