This is a continuation of the litigation mentioned in Investors’ Syndicate v. Letts (Beyer, intervener), reported in 22 N. D. 452, 134 N. W. 317. As will appear from the statement of facts given in the above-mentioned opinion, the intervener Beyer, the Letts, and one Williams organized a company known as the North American Coal & Mining Company, of which Beyer received $10,000; the Letts $10,000, and Williams $30,000, in stock.
