In this action in the district court of Douglas county the plaintiff, Harper, seeks to recover damages against the defendant, Cox, for the wrongful and malicious issuance of an attachment procured by Cox in a certain other civil action begun in the district court of the same county by Cox against Harper in the year 1921. Trial was had before a jury in November, 1926, and a .general verdict was rendered for the plaintiff against the defendant for $6,239.88.
