—Judgment unanimously reversed on the law without costs and petition dismissed. Memorandum: Supreme Court erred in granting the petition in this CPLR article 78 proceeding seeking to prohibit respondent from revoking petitioner’s real estate salesperson’s license. Petitioner was convicted upon his plea of guilty of attempted arson in the third degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 150.10) and conspiracy in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 105.10 [1]).
