Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Cohen, J.), rendered May 29, 2014, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to a determinate term of imprisonment of 15 years, to be followed by a period of postrelease supervision of five years, on the conviction of robbery in the first degree, to run concurrently with a definite term of incarceration of one year on the conviction of resisting arrest.
