BARNES, Presiding Judge.

A jury convicted Dax Corbin Clement of terroristic threats, criminal damage to property in the second degree, criminal trespass, simple battery, and family violence battery. Clement appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial, contending that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal on the charge of terroristic threats. Clement also contends that the trial court unlawfully sentenced him by failing to merge his conviction for simple battery into his conviction for family violence battery.
