ERROR TO THE CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FIFTH CIRCUIT. Brown, receiver, and alleged that the property of the. Texas and Pacific Bail way Company was placed in the hands of said John C. Brown as receiver, at the instance of the said railroad company and for its own benefit, and for the purpose of avoiding its traffic liability in the carrying of passengers and freight.
