Now before the Court are TSM Associates, Ward Parkway Office Park South Associates Limited Partnership’s and Allen Missouri, Inc.’s (the “Allen & Co. Affiliates”) interlocutory appeal of an order of the Bankruptcy Court dated November 22, 1988. The appeal centers on the motion of the above-captioned debtors to assume certain executory contracts and unexpired leases to which the Allen & Co. Affiliates are a party.
