South Side House, LLC, the Debtor in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, seeks the entry of an order modifying the claim of its principal creditor, U.S. Bank National Association, as successor-in-interest to Bank of America, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-LDP11 Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-LDP11 (the “Lender”).
