On June 12, 1928, appellee, G. G. Wright, receiver of the United Home Builders of America, as plaintiff, recovered judgment in consolidated causes Nos. 49796-C and 49801-C, each styled G. G. Wright, Receiver, v. A. A. Cocke et ux., against appellants, A. A. Cocke and wife, Daisy Dixon Cocke, as follows: Against A. A. Cocke for the sum of $2,813.69, together with interest thereon from date at the rate of 3 per cent. per annum, and all costs of court, and against A. A.
