Whiteside, Judge.
Defendant, John Timson, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court and raises six assignments of error as follows:
“I. The court of Judge Pfiffer [sic ] erred and his court was without and lacked jurisdiction to order the F.E.D. complaint, amended complaint and appellant's] answer and counter suit to the court of common pleas on Feb[.] 10, 1992. By reason said order was and is void by reason of the timely filing of an affidavit of prejudice against that court on Feb[.] 7th.
