The appellant, Kristen Nicole Bowman, by and through her next friend and mother, Christina Maria Bowman, brought a medical malpractice action in the Whitley Circuit Court against the appellees, Dr. Michael Perkins, Dr. Bernard C. Moses, and Bernard C. Moses, M.D., P.S.C. (Dr. Moses’ Medical Clinic), alleging, inter alia, that the prescription drug Decadron LA was administered to her negligently.
