This is a plenary action, brought by the trustee of the estate of the Cutting Motor Car Company, bankrupt, against the People’s National Bank, one of the creditors of said bankrupt, to recover, under section 60b of the Bankruptcy Act (Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 562 [Comp. St § 9644]), an alleged voidable preference received by it from the bankrupt within four months prior to the filing of the petition in bankruptcy.
