On September 18, 1975 Sara Jo Rogers (the mother or appellee) filed suit in the Court of Domestic Relations of Harris County seeking the modification of a July 6, 1973 judgment of the District Court of Travis County whereby she and William Earle Rogers (the father or appellant) were granted a divorce, she was awarded custody of their son subject only to certain visitation rights of the father, and he was ordered to pay $200 per month for the support of his child until age eighteen.
