— This is an action by the state of Arizona against the Arizona Eastern Railroad Company, a corporation, hereinafter called defendant, based on an alleged violation of what is commonly called the “Full Crew Law,” which is found in paragraphs 2171-2179, inclusive, Civil Code, Revised Statutes of Arizona of 1913. The case was presented to the trial court on an agreed statement of facts, and judgment was rendered against defendant, and a fine of $100 imposed.
