This is an application for the construction of ■a will. This court is asked to determine the validity of a certain trust mentioned therein.

*12The testatrix, Annie Coe MacDowell, died January 20, 1914, leaving her sister, Jessie M. Gibson, as her only next of kin and leaving a last will and testament which wasi duly admitted to probate by a decree of this court on July 27, 1914, reserving, however, for future determination the question of construction.
