POPOVICH, Judge.

This case involves an appeal from the judgment of sentence for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), 1 driving without a license, 2 driving on the wrong side of the roadway 3 and driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed 4 by the appellant, Michael J. Moran. We affirm in part and vacate in part.
