SCHALL, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from the January 22, 1993 decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (Board), Appeal No. 92-2705. In its decision, the Board affirmed the examiner’s rejection of all pending claims (1-13, 15, 17, and 20-59) in appellant Epstein’s patent application serial No. 07/326,749, filed March 21,1989, for an “Integrated Electronic Parts Warehousing and Distribution System and Method.” Claim 44 stands rejected as anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) (1988) by a software product *1562entitled “CONTROL SYSTEM”…
