Case Summary

The Indiana High School Athletic Association, Inc., (“IHSAA”) appeals the trial *351court’s denial of its motion to transfer venue from Lake County to Marion County. We affirm.

Issue

The IHSAA raises one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court properly denied its motion to transfer to a county of preferred venue.
