Some time since this case was affirmed, without an opinion or statement indicating our reasons for the affirmance. There are two questions presented by this record, and the decision of either in favor of appellee would result in an affirmance. The two questions for *256us to answer are:' (1) Are appellants “persons interested” in the meaning of the statute? (2) Does the evidence show that the ordinance was reasonable?
