This is an action of tort to recover for personal injuries and damage to a motor vehicle allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendants. The answer is general denial and contributory negligence. The judge found for the plaintiff and the defendants claim to be aggrieved because of the denial of their request for a ruling of law that" the evidence did not warrant a finding for the plaintiff.
