Affirming.
In 1919 and 1920 W. M. Garrison, the father of appellant, was engaged in the mercantile business in Harlan county, and appellee, a corporation, was engaged in the wholesale grocery business at Lexington.
On the 31st of October, 1919, there was conveyed to appellant, a son of "W. M. Garrison and then only 18 years of age, two tracts of land in Harlan county by one Tucker for the consideration of $500.00, of which $300.00 was then paid, and two notes for one hundred dollars each executed for the deferred payment, which latter two notes were…
